watched 300 last weekend, twice! why would i want to do that you may ask.. well, why not? let's see, 300 men, with bodies to die for, put in a dash of witty dialog, amazing graphics and a lot of bloodshed... ok, maybe not the bloodshed.

sige na nga the real reason why i watched it twice because i didn't get to see the beginning and ending of the movie. the 300 gorgeous bodies had nothing to do with my decision to watch it again. really.

i absolutely adore Gerard Butler.. loved him in Phantom of the Opera and he's rumored to be super nice. He's actually a hero in real life too. Apparently he did save someone from drowning. i also love Rodrigo Santoro,at least how he really looks like in person.

i never thought i'd like it but i do...ok it may not accurately depict history, but this is supposed to be fiction! besides, i don't think anyone thought it was reality right?

not a bad way to kick-off movie watching in 2007.

31-year-old bus

This is the image of me that Leo, our BE, has whenever we talk on the phone. apparently there's a lorena bus line in jakarta, and he has been so kind as to send me the pic.

and FOR THE FIRST TIME, someone has mistaken me for being older than my age! 31?!? huwaat. gumanti ako sabi ko 34 siya. so there. roch! nagamit ko ang siapa nama anda, nama saya lorena at terimah kasi!!! yeeesss, memories of bahasa 101 waaay back in college. i'm surprised i still remember, me being so old and all. hmm.. ano na kaya nangyari kay sir?

Coincidentally my sister also has a local bus line named after her acronym.

what is it about my family and buses?!? maybe it's a sign.
